At Reliable Collision Center, we know your schedule doesn’t always align with standard service hours, which is why we provide a secure After-Hours Night Drop Box for convenient vehicle drop-off. Whether your vehicle needs service, body repairs, or diagnostic attention, our goal is to make your experience easy, flexible, and worry-free.

How to Drop Off Your Vehicle After Hours

1. Park your vehicle in the designated customer parking area in the front of our building.
2. Remove all personal belongings and valuables from your vehicle before leaving it.
3. Locate the Night Key Drop Box next positioned near the front door for easy access.
4. Take an envelope from the drop box.
5. Complete all required information, including:
   • Your full name
   • Best contact phone number and/or email address
   • Vehicle make, model, and year
   • A brief description of the repair or concern
6. Sign the envelope to authorize Reliable Collision Center to begin the estimate, diagnosis, or repair process.
7. Place your keys inside the completed envelope and drop it securely into the slot on the front of the box.

Once received, our certified technicians will review your information, check in your vehicle, and contact you with updates as the process begins.
